Menyelaraskan Keuangan Hijau dengan Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah: Paradigma Islam untuk Pembangunan Berkelanjutan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kerangka konseptual yang mengintegrasikan prinsip keuangan hijau (green finance) dengan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah sebagai dasar etis dan normatif dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain konseptual-analitis, penelitian ini menelaah literatur akademik, laporan lembaga keuangan syariah, serta regulasi terkait untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian antara prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam dengan agenda keberlanjutan global. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen keuangan syariah seperti green sukuk, wakaf produktif ramah lingkungan, dan pembiayaan mikro hijau dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana strategis untuk mendorong perlindungan lingkungan, peningkatan kesejahteraan sosial, serta stabilitas ekonomi jangka panjang. Integrasi maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah terutama pada aspek hifẓ al-nafs, hifẓ al-māl, dan hifẓ al-bi’ah memberikan landasan holistik bagi praktik keuangan hijau yang berorientasi pada nilai moral dan dampak keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan implementatif, seperti belum adanya standar taksonomi hijau syariah, mekanisme pengukuran dampak yang terbatas, serta rendahnya literasi publik mengenai keuangan hijau berbasis syariah. Temuan penelitian ini berkontribusi pada perluasan wacana ekonomi Islam dengan menawarkan model konseptual yang dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan bagi pemangku kebijakan, lembaga keuangan, dan peneliti dalam merancang kebijakan dan instrumen keuangan hijau yang selaras dengan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah dan mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
